Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• Two years’ experience in social services or related setting preferred.
• Knowledge of PQI/QA and accreditation processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the agency's PQI Plan and related strategies.
• Collect and analyze program data to monitor service quality and trends.
• Support planning/facilitation of CQI and Risk Management Committee meetings, peer reviews, and focus groups.
• Prepare internal/external quality reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Participate in performance improvement projects and recommend data-informed actions.
• Monitor and track incident reports, ensure documentation, follow-up, and trend ID.
• Conduct root cause analyses and document action plans to reduce risk.
• Serve as QIRM contact for network providers and coordinate communications.
• Provide technical assistance to network providers on documentation, quality practices, and risk prevention.
• Coordinate QIRM follow-up with providers on findings, CAPs, and Improvement Focus Plans.
• Respond to placement concerns and provide guidance or escalation as needed.
• Plan and participate in quarterly metric meetings with network providers; document action items.
• Review and approve serious incident reports; escalate safety or compliance concerns.
• Assist with compliance monitoring for licensing, contracts, and COA standards.
• Coordinate mock audits and readiness activities for site visits or reviews.
• Maintain documentation to support accreditation and quality improvement.
• Assist in policy development and updates to meet regulatory standards.
• Support internal policy review by organizing materials and coordinating with leads.
• Maintain policy software to keep documents up to date and compliant.
