Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Strategic Advisor in QA Surgical Franchise to lead strategic project management at the Fort Worth, TX facility. You will drive quality initiatives, governance, and cross-functional alignment to ensure cost-effective, high-quality execution.

The role involves coordinating quarterly Quality Management Reviews, building executive dashboards, and partnering with Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, R&D, and Supply Chain teams. Onsite with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of related experience.
Fluent reading, writing, and communication in English.
Onsite role in Fort Worth, TX with up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate strategic Quality programs across the Surgical Franchise.
Standardize governance, project management tools, reporting processes, and best practices.
Support Franchise Quality Leadership in annual objectives and strategic planning.
Own governance and PM for key Quality initiatives and remediation programs.
Plan, coordinate, and host quarterly Quality Reviews with governance.
Develop and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and status reports.
Collaborate across Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, R&D, Supply Chain, and regions.
Identify and escalate emerging Quality risks affecting patients and compliance.
