Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
Fluent English reading, writing and communication.
10 years of relevant experience in quality/project management.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic Quality programs across Vision Care & Pharma franchises, aligning priorities, timelines, risks, resources and deliverables.
Standardize and improve Quality governance, PM tools, reporting, and practices for efficiency and consistency.
Plan and host quarterly Franchise Quality Management Reviews with agenda, metrics and executive materials.
Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and status reports for Quality performance and risks.
Collaborate across Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, R&D, Supply Chain and regional stakeholders.
