Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of directly related experience as stated in the job ad.
  • Experience leading strategic quality programs and governance across functional teams.
  • Proven ability to develop dashboards and executive status reports.
  • Strong English reading/writing/communication skills.
  • 10 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic Quality programs across the Surgical Franchise to align priorities and timelines.
  • Standardize Quality governance, PM tools, reporting processes, and best practices.
  • Support objective setting, planning, and execution tracking for quality/compliance.
  • Own governance for key Quality initiatives including remediation programs and reviews.
  • Plan and host quarterly Franchise Quality Management Reviews (QMRs).
  • Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and status reports for leadership.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration across Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, R&D, and Supply Chain.

Are you ready to join us?This role is part of Alcon's Project Management function, a team that ensures all regular and one-off projects are planned, organized, and executed effectively to help our people and the world see brilliantly.The Strategic Advisor, QA Surgical Franchise is primarily responsible for leading strategic project management within the Alcon business unit to ensure cost-effective, high-quality execution in compliance with global standards at our Facility in Fort Worth, TX.
