Job summary

Misfits Market is seeking a hands-on, data-driven Quality Engineer Manager to lead the Fulfillment Center quality strategy and execution. You will oversee the FSQA Supervisor and drive continuous improvement, supplier compliance, and regulatory management.

You will analyze defect data, establish SOPs, and act as a culture change agent while partnering with Operations, Merchandising, and Logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing) or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement, or Process Engineering in manufacturing/food/high-volume fulfillment.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and SPC; familiarity with Lean Six Sigma; experience with project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site quality initiatives and floor leadership on the warehouse floor.
• Investigate defects and customer complaints; drive predictive mitigation using metrics.
• Define acceptance criteria for inbound items with Inbound/Inventory teams.
• Trigger CAPA and validation activities; design workflows to remove bottlenecks.
