Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, engineering/ STEM preferred.
• Eight years related experience with minimum 3 in product engineering, manufacturing, NPD, or PM.
• 2+ years of leadership/people management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the overall strategic vision of the business as a leadership team member.
• Develop and engage a multi-level, matrixed team through coaching and stretch assignments.
• Own high-priority strategic projects and cross-functional challenges.
• Lead complex initiatives from problem definition to implementation with clear outcomes and accountability.
