Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Quality Director in Apex, NC to lead the quality strategy across Product, Engineering, Operations, Supply, and Customer Service. You will establish governance, drive continuous improvement, and embed a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Reporting to the Chief Supply Chain Officer for Pool, you will define leading indicators, govern risk, and ensure sustained, disciplined quality execution with cross-functional leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality, or related technical discipline required.
• 10+ years of experience in Quality leadership, governance, or systems roles.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to support business objectives.
• Experience leading quality governance, compliance, or enterprise programs.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, risk escalation, and warranty management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's quality vision, strategy, and objectives.
• Lead QMS deployment, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor metrics to improve customer satisfaction, reliability, and yield.
• Own and deploy quality programs and compliance frameworks.
• Drive a culture of quality and customer focus across functions.
• Lead cross-functional reviews of significant quality events and corrective actions.
• Govern deployment and effectiveness of enterprise quality systems and audits.
• Support continuous improvement to strengthen reliability and trust.
