Job summary

Alcon in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Sr. Manager for Quality Control Lab - AS&T to define site strategy and ensure consistent AS&T implementation, compliance with analytical methods, and quality systems. You will support equipment qualification and monitor KPIs for continuous improvement.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 7 years of relevant experience, and 5 years of leadership. This onsite, 1st shift role offers sponsorship not available and travel 0-10%.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of demonstrated leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee analytical chemistry and microbiology services for validation, release and regulatory compliance.
• Optimize QC processes and ensure cGxP and SOP compliance.
• Make strategic decisions and lead with problem-solving and communication.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and QA to integrate lab results into manufacturing.
• Maintain documentation to ensure GxP adherence and continuous improvement.
• Complete required training and contribute to organizational compliance.
