Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation is seeking a Product Line Test Lead to drive end-to-end quality engineering and testing across a product line. You will establish vision, strategy, and governance, oversee testing operations, and manage internal and external resources to ensure high-quality, scalable delivery.

You will mentor QA/Test engineers in an Agile environment, advance test automation, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to balance quality, speed, and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 5 years IT OR 9 years IT experience.
• 7+ years leading quality engineering for complex enterprise applications and product delivery teams.
• Experience developing and executing product line test strategies across multiple applications/releases.
• Experience mentoring QA/Test Engineers in Agile teams.
• Experience in ALM, SQL, and ITIL.
• Experience in test automation and usability testing.
• Experience with demand types/delivery methods (Agile, Scrum, Iterative).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end quality engineering and test service delivery across a product line.
• Oversee all testing operations including test planning and execution and data management.
• Direct impact analysis, estimation, and vendor governance for testing activities.
• Advance automation and continuous testing capabilities; optimize test environments.
• Serve as primary vendor relationship manager and balance quality with speed and business value.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Business stakeholders to ensure high-quality, scalable delivery.
