Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks an experienced QA lead to implement and oversee a complex QA program across the SDLC for government-related products. You will establish standards, develop test plans, and drive automation within a large program.

The role requires deep QA expertise, collaboration with business and development teams, and the ability to manage multiple testing efforts and metrics in a formal government setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Certified Tester -- Advanced Level (TTA, TA, or TM) desired
• 8-15 years professional software testing experience including test automation and/or infrastructure development

Responsibilities

• Lead QA for large/complex programs across the SDLC, including requirements, design, and regression testing.
• Create master test plans, testing strategies, and test schedules for multiple projects.
• Write, maintain, and execute automated test scripts where applicable.
• Track testing results and ensure defects are resolved; oversee change control.
• Conduct QA reviews, inspections, and SOPs to standardize processes.
