Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a senior QA professional to lead the implementation of complex QA programs across software products and services. You will establish QA standards, create test plans and scripts, and guide testing strategy for large programs, collaborating with business, product, and development teams throughout the SDLC.

You will oversee automated test script development, conduct audits, track metrics, and drive QA training and certification efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Certified Tester, Advanced Level (TTA, TA, and/or TM) desired
• 8-15 years professional software testing experience including test automation and/or infrastructure development, test planning, test case design, test methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with developers, end users and organizations to create test plans and test scripts.
• Experience with configuring necessary hardware and operating environments as needed to complete assigned testing.
• Experience in writing or assisting in the development of test plans and test procedures.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the business, product, and development teams, serving as a senior QA resource, through all aspects of the SDLC, including requirements, functional specs, integration, and regression testing using current testing methodologies and tools.
• Provides high level of functionality, usability, and testability expertise during requirements phase and implements efficient test plans for new systems, problems, and enhancements.
• Participates in requirements, design, and interface specification reviews to ensure product testability.
• Creates the master test plan for multiple projects, including testing strategy, approach, and schedules.
• Writes, maintains, and executes automated test scripts when applicable.
• Plans, documents, evaluates, and tracks testing results to ensure system applications are defect-free.
• Leads test case reviews, designs reviews, and changes control activities; documents issues and oversees resolution.
