Responsibilities

• Researching and comparing suppliers, goods, services, and prices.
• Evaluating the most suitable suppliers in terms of price, reliability, quality, availability and cost-efficiency.
• Negotiate vendor terms and obtain quotes on behalf of requestors.
• Prepare and process purchase orders by verifying specs and price per policy.
• Manage purchases by forwarding orders to suppliers and expediting as needed.
• Maintain supplier relations and compile purchasing reports.
• Reconcile purchases and assist Finance with invoicing.
• Follow internal controls and testing procedures.
