Big Ass Fans is seeking a Purchasing (Supply Chain) Manager in Kentucky to orchestrate supplier, warehouse, and transportation activities, turning chaos into choreography while keeping inventory lean and costs in check.

You will lead end-to-end purchase orders, align with the SIOP plan, and drive data-driven improvements using ERP and MS Office in a fast-growing industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a supply chain environment.
• Proven success leading and managing in supply chain.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize inventory levels, lead times and fulfillment rates.
• Develop supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage end-to-end purchase order lifecycle.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to align with SIOP plan.
• Use data analytics to forecast supply needs and prevent bottlenecks.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
