Conductix-Wampfler is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Agent to ensure timely procurement of materials and services for manufacturing operations. The role collaborates with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Production Scheduling, Sourcing, and suppliers to maintain cost-effective, high-quality supply chain performance.

Key duties include creating SAP purchase orders, monitoring delivery schedules, expediting deliveries, resolving supplier issues, and maintaining purchasing data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or 2-3 years of purchasing, procurement, or related experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Create and manage purchase orders and procurement records in SAP.
• Monitor delivery schedules with key suppliers and critical deliveries.
• Monitor supplier performance and expedite deliveries as needed.
• Resolve supplier quality and delivery issues in partnership with internal teams.
• Approve invoice pricing and quantities.
• Maintain accurate purchasing data and set stocking levels.
