Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ERP systems experience preferred.
• Ability to read bid documents, specs, shop drawings, blueprints, and spreadsheets.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated team player who can work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, and purchase quality materials meeting specs, schedules, and budget.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships while negotiating pricing, lead times, and service.
• Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure material availability.
• Collaborate with Estimating to maintain current material costs for bids.
