Job summary

Topcon Healthcare in Oakland, NJ is seeking a highly analytical Purchasing Specialist to manage purchasing activities, supplier negotiations, inventory planning, forecasting, and vendor contracts. The ideal candidate must be expert in Excel and AI-based data analysis, with experience SAP, SAP S/4HANA, and Salesforce.

This on-site role requires working at the Oakland, NJ office. Base pay is $85,000–$105,000 annually, with a 5% bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package including

Qualifications

Expert level Excel skills including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, dashboards.
Experience using AI tools for data analysis, forecasting and reporting.
Experience with SAP, SAP S/4HANA, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Analyze purchasing, inventory, usage, and sales data with Excel and AI tools.
Prepare purchasing and inventory forecasts based on projections and lead times.
Negotiate pricing, terms, lead times and contracts with vendors.
Manage RTS transactions and supplier returns.
Monitor min/max stock levels and reports for inventory health.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Warehousing.
