Qualifications

• Expert-level Excel skills and data modeling capabilities.
• Experience with AI-based data analysis for forecasting and reporting.
• Proven vendor negotiation and cost-reduction experience.
• Experience with SAP, SAP S/4HANA, and Salesforce.
• Ability to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
• Strong contract, SLA, and vendor-management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify trends and risks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze purchasing, inventory, usage, and sales data using advanced Excel and AI tools.
• Prepare accurate purchasing and inventory forecasts based on projections and lead times.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, lead times, and purchasing agreements with vendors.
• Negotiate SLAs, supplier contracts, and other commercial terms.
• Process RTS transactions and manage supplier returns.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure favorable pricing and terms.
• Monitor inventory levels, Min/Max stock, reorder points, and safety stock.
• Prepare and manage Min/Max, reorder-point, safety-stock reports.
• Prevent shortages, excess inventory, and obsolescence through planning.
• Evaluate vendor performance on pricing, quality, reliability, and SLA compliance.
• Use SAP/SAP S/4HANA for purchasing and vendor records; use Salesforce for forecasts.
• Leverage AI tools to analyze large datasets and automate reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Warehouse, and Customer Support.
