Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, finance, or related field.
• 2-4 years of purchasing or procurement experience.
• ERP experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with procurement analytics and reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders for direct and indirect materials and services.
• Monitor open POs and mitigate delays.
• Communicate with suppliers to meet delivery commitments.
• Provide data for supplier scorecards and performance reviews.
• Support supplier sourcing and selection as an advisor.
• Analyze purchase price variances to reduce procurement costs.
• Maintain purchasing data in ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Collaborate with procurement leadership on cost-saving initiatives.
• Align purchasing strategies with internal stakeholder demands.
• Track and report procurement KPIs including PPV and on-time delivery.
