Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates timely ordering of materials to maintain service levels and meet inventory goals.
• Prepares, enters, and administers purchase orders ensuring accurate material descriptions, cost coding, pricing, and documentation.
• Supports the Purchasing Manager in identifying, evaluating, and maintaining relationships with vendors for materials, supplies, equipment, and services.
• Helps manage inventory through purchasing and quality control activities and collaborates with warehouse teams.
• Analyzes current and anticipated market and delivery conditions to support purchasing decisions.
• Adheres to all purchasing policies, processes, and procedures and communicates status to stakeholders.
