Job summary

Alliance Construction & Design is seeking a skilled Purchaser to support procurement for commercial and residential projects. You will source, order, and coordinate material deliveries while maintaining strong vendor relationships to ensure on-time availability and cost effectiveness.

You will collaborate with project managers, field leads, and accounting to verify orders, process invoices, and track costs, ensuring accuracy and timely communication across all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Fluent ability to read commercial and residential plans.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with construction materials procurement and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Source, procure and order materials for commercial & residential construction.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships; monitor supplier performance.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and invoices; assist with cost tracking.
