Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end purchasing process for a selection of vendors.
• Analyze and interpret sales and inventory parameters to generate weekly orders in MRP.
• Review forecast data against actual sales to adjust demand planning.
• Negotiate and enter vendor pricing; communicate changes to management.
• Ensure on-time shipments and approve deviations.
• Coordinate direct-to-customer shipments, invoicing, and tracking.
