Lhoist North America is seeking a Purchasing Agent/Buyer to manage everyday purchase orders, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely invoice processing in collaboration with AP and finance. The role requires familiarity with SAP MM/SRM and strong vendor management skills.

• Process purchase orders diligently and follow up on expedited orders.
• Negotiate with suppliers to purchase direct and indirect materials and services.
• Coordinate with receiving and finance to expedite invoice payment.
• Manage day-to-day supplier interactions (ordering, delivery times, invoice payment, PO closing).
• Provide supplier performance data for management reviews.
