Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders to meet customer demand and maintain stock.
• Negotiate lowest material costs and manage discounts & alternatives.
• Monitor supplier backorders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Process monthly rebates submissions to select suppliers.
• Maintain inventory with Min/Max, OP/OQ, EOQ replenishment.
• Identify slow-moving or excess inventory and help reduce it.
• Build positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
