Job summary

GEODIS is hiring for a procurement-focused role in the United States, based in Brentwood, TN. The candidate will create and place purchase orders, audit aging reports, and produce process documentation including flowcharts, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities include maintaining procurement contracts and handling AP invoicing with reconciliation. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of related experience, an accounting background is preferred, and strong Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s preferred.
• Minimum 3 years related experience and/or training.
• Accounting experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Create and place purchase orders for products and services.
• Audit aging reports and special projects where necessary.
• Create existing process documentation and prepare control documentation.
• Develop flowcharts, policies and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of purchasing contracts and processes.
• Handle workflows and best practices.
• Process invoices for AP and reconcile discrepancies.
