Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Order materials and supplies efficiently with accurate, on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors on availability, pricing and sale terms.
• Analyze materials and delivery systems for future availability.
• Develop product specifications or substitutions as needed.
• Coordinate homebuyer material approvals with Design.
• Ensure samples are available for designers and customers.
