- 3-5 years of purchasing experience, ideally in beauty industry
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
- Experience with procurement reporting tools, ERP systems, and data visualization platforms
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners
- High level of integrity and motivation
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing for assigned indirect procurement categories
- Assist in procurement transformation, governance and spend analysis
