The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years in procurement leadership, strong communication and analytical skills, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in purchasing/procurement management with vendor contract negotiations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and implementing sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost-effective sourcing strategies and manage vendor relationships.
• Source materials to meet production needs while ensuring price, time, quantity, and quality standards.
• Conduct vendor reviews and analyze purchasing trends to control costs and forecast demand.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and logistics to optimize the supply chain.
• Lead, coach, and develop the procurement team; manage day-to-day activities.
