Job summary

Plexus Corp seeks a senior Purchasing leader to provide strategic direction for the Purchasing department. This role focuses on overseeing procurement and planning, mentoring MTM, DA, and buyers, and aligning activities with corporate objectives.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years’ related experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work across diverse teams. Travel is less than 40% and a competitive benefits package is offered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure contingency plans for changes/crisis situations.
• Lead succession planning and development to realize team potential.
