Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of purchasing, sourcing, or procurement experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Food manufacturing experience required.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and procurement software.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Strategize: coach and develop a high-performing sourcing and procurement team.
• Own Supplier Management: implement and oversee a robust system to track performance, compliance, and risk.
• Drive Operational Excellence: identify and deliver process improvements and create KPIs and dashboards.
• Support Compliance & Minimize Risk: ensure policies, ethics, and regulatory requirements are followed.
• Manage Budgets & Optimize Costs: oversee budgets and drive cost savings through strategic sourcing.

Education
