Job summary

Hydraquip, Inc. is seeking a Purchasing Manager to supervise a purchasing team, optimize inventory levels, and drive cost-effective procurement. You will develop strategy, enforce policies, and report KPIs to support profitability and customer demand.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in a related field and 3–5 years in purchasing. ISO 9001 experience is a plus. The role offers a competitive benefits package in Houston, TX.

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or related field.
• ISO 9001 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement strategy to optimize purchasing and costs.
• Lead and coach the purchasing team; set expectations & roles.
• Maintain accurate supplier pricing, discounts & data records.
• Develop and report KPIs for inventory and supplier performance.
• Process purchase requisitions aligning with policies and budgets.
• Ensure proper procurement documents and terms are correct.
• Oversee procurement of select product lines.
• Lead recruitment and training for the purchasing team.
• Conduct performance evaluations and KPI tracking.
• Support continuous improvement and ISO 9001 compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
