Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience in fluid power, industrial distribution, or related technical industries.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving growth.
• Experience in hydraulics, mechanical systems, or technical sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a fluid conveyance sales strategy to achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Lead sales strategy and planning, analyze market trends and competitor activity.
• Monitor performance with KPIs and provide updates to upper management.
