Job summary

DNP Imagingcomm America Corporation in Concord, NC is seeking a Purchasing Manager to lead a procurement team supporting the Master Production Schedule and customer forecasts. You will drive supplier selection, negotiate contracts, and optimize inventory, lead times, and service levels in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, 3–5 years of production control/inventory management experience, ERP experience (ideally Epicor), and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Three to five years of production control and inventory management experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Epicor.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive.
• Experience in a 24/7 manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Experience managing high-dollar spend (> $110MM) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage master data updates for parts and assemblies in ERP.
• Create models for inventory levels, reorder points, and quantities; manage obsolete inventory.
• Lead vendor identification, qualification, approval, and KPI reviews.
• Support RFQ process; review/approve POs and invoices.
• Publish accurate receiving schedules and management reports.
• Drive process improvements and root cause analysis.
• Train buyers and ensure coverage for vacations and absences.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, FTZ, and other documentation.
• Supervise Buyers and Inventory Control Clerks if needed.
• Assist year-end inventory activities.
