DNP Imagingcomm America Corporation is seeking an Inventory Process Improvement Specialist in Concord, NC. The role emphasizes auditing inventory movement and maintaining perpetual inventory accuracy across procurement, manufacturing, and warehousing while driving process improvements.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in manufacturing/distribution, and Six Sigma/Lean training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Operations Management or related field or 5 years of related experience.
• 3 years of experience in manufacturing/distribution environments.
• Six Sigma/Lean/Kanban continuous improvement training or certifications.
• Proven experience in process optimization and inventory management.
• Experience driving business process change and improvements.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficient in Excel, ERP, and data systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Audit and document material and inventory movement across procurement, manufacturing and warehousing.
• Lead and assist process improvement projects to improve perpetual inventory accuracy.
• Collect and analyze inventory data to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate across departments to embed a continuous improvement culture.
• Support annual physical inventory planning and cycle counts.
• Prepare and maintain standard work instructions and processes.
