Responsibilities

• Develops operating plans and budgets aligned with annual Sales plan.
• Directs production management staff and coordinates activities.
• Ensures resources for training and development.
• Establishes KPIs and monitors performance against targets.
• Reports progress to VP Operations and exec management.
• Mentors direct reports and develops internal talent.
• Leads cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintains accurate production and inventory data.
• Drives improvement projects and cross-functional collaboration.
• Communicates with other departments to ensure support.
