Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive purchasing or supply-chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum two years of supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Strong negotiation and supplier-management skills.
• Ability to improve purchasing processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete purchasing cycle, including requirements review, RFQ, supplier selection, PO placement, expediting, and discrepancy resolution.
• Lead supplier negotiations on price, terms, lead times, MOQs, freight, warranty, rebates, and other terms.
• Develop and maintain a measurable cost-reduction pipeline aligned with targets.
• Standardize workflows and supplier records to improve speed, consistency, and audit readiness.
• Coordinate supplier transitions and cross-functional cost-reduction initiatives.
