Qualifications

• Prior purchasing/procurement experience is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects.
• Exceptional attention to detail in the purchasing process.
• Outstanding communication skills to liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to make strategic decisions.
• Excellent networking and interpersonal skills to foster relationships.

Responsibilities

• Product sourcing and research to ensure inventory meets quality and cost standards.
• Identify and engage potential suppliers, evaluating quality and reliability.
• Develop strong relationships with vendors and clients to ensure clear communication.
• Negotiate favorable terms for pricing, shipping, and delivery.
• Oversee and inspect incoming inventory to meet quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory levels, payments, and supplier transactions.
• Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for Axionova.
• Coordinate shipping and logistics to ensure timely distribution to clients.
