• Reviewing requisition forms, including the vendor, dates of approval and product quantity.
• Work with F&A and Operations to cost AFEs and work orders; track AFE spend, reconcile AFE at project close.
• Forecasting inventory requirements.
• Administering vendor contracts, including drafting and following up on those needing renewal.
