Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college or an Associate Degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years inventory/purchasing or related experience is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience or ability to use enterprise software (JDE, Documentum, Pilgrim, Trackwise, etc.).
• Heavy attention to detail in all procurement activities.

Responsibilities

• Obtain quotes and pricing information from vendors.
• Perform queries for supplier and part information in JDE.
• Maintain cost savings and appropriate inventory levels.
• Create part numbers and place orders; manage inventory turns.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure PO paperwork is accurate for accounting.
