Simtra BioPharma Solutions in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Senior Director, Supply Chain to lead procurement, planning, materials management, warehousing, logistics and S&OP across a rapidly growing sterile fill-finish CDMO site.

The role requires a transformational leader who can scale operations, develop high-performing teams, ensure on-time delivery and right-first-time performance, and align customer demand with manufacturing capacity and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or APICS preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership in regulated manufacturing.
• 5+ years leading managers in a complex environment.
• Proven S&OP or Integrated Business Planning leadership.
• GMP/regulatory experience in sterile manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the site supply chain strategy to enable growth.
• Provide leadership for Procurement, Capacity Planning, Materials, Warehousing, and Logistics.
• Own the site's S&OP process aligning demand, supply, inventory and finance.
• Lead monthly Site Operations Review for data-driven decisions.
• Develop capacity and inventory strategies to support revenue growth.
• Drive performance with key supply chain metrics and service levels.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
• Lead transformation initiatives for scalability and efficiency.
• Manage the Supply Chain budget and profitability improvements.
• Develop and lead a high-performing supply chain organization.
