Job summary

Shevick Sales Corp., the umbrella company behind Sleep On Latex and Earthfoam, seeks a Purchasing and Inventory Control Manager to oversee procurement, inventory, and supplier performance. You will drive strategic sourcing, material flow planning, and ERP/WMS optimization to support operations while minimizing carrying costs and stockouts.

Ideal candidates have a background in supply chain with 2+ years in purchasing or inventory control, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory control.
• Hands-on experience with major ERP systems and WMS tools; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic sourcing and procurement to optimize cost and supplier performance.
• Oversee inventory control across warehouse locations and maintain stock accuracy.
• Coordinate MRP with production, logistics, and sales to prevent bottlenecks.
• Implement JIT, FIFO/LIFO, and ABC analysis to reduce costs.
• Monitor supplier KPIs and lead CAPA for issues.
