Job summary

Control System Labs, based in Buffalo, NY, seeks a procurement professional to be the primary contact for all purchasing needs and to lead our inventory control efforts.

You will research, evaluate and procure products and services, manage supplier relationships and pricing, lead inventory control, and coordinate all eBay sales and purchases for the company. Collaborating with other departments to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Purchasing: Research, evaluate and procure products and services for company operations ensuring delivery timeframes align with customer delivery dates.
• Supplier Management: Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, discounts, and favorable purchasing terms.
• Inventory Control: Lead inventory control efforts, including monitoring and maintaining stock levels and ensuring stock areas are accurate and organized.
• eBay Operations: Manage and coordinate all eBay sales and purchases, including listing and managing items on the company’s eBay store.
