The Judge Group is seeking a strategic purchasing leader in Fort Worth, TX to oversee procurement operations, supplier relationships, inventory management, and purchasing strategy. This role will drive cost optimization, supply continuity, forecasting improvements, and operational excellence in partnership with Finance, Operations, Distribution, and Technology teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Finance, or related field.
• Significant leadership experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Strong background in supplier negotiations, inventory strategy, cost management, and process improvement.
• Experience with ERP systems, purchasing analytics, and cross-functional leadership.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic business outcomes.
• Experience with forecasting, automation, AI, or advanced planning tools is highly desirable.

• Lead enterprise purchasing strategy, supplier performance, and cost management initiatives.
• Drive S&OP participation, inventory planning, and purchasing governance.
• Oversee supplier negotiations, risk mitigation, and landed cost optimization.
