Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office and industry software systems.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing purchasing team.
• Lead budgeting, bidding, and contract negotiations with trade partners.
• Develop and implement cost-control processes and value engineering.
• Collaborate with Construction, Finance, and Design to meet project goals.
• Maintain purchasing databases and ensure compliance with policies.
