The role will involve bidding on new projects, maintaining scopes of work, tracking blueprints and design changes, and supporting overall project cost control. Responsibilities include soliciting bids, pre-qualifying subcontractors, managing costs, budgets, and variances, and inputting direct-cost budgets. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Solicit bids.
• Pre-qualify subcontractors.
• Set up and monitor option costs and sales prices.
• Maintain and update current budgets.
• Distribute revised bids and obtain approval for any price increases.
• Prepare direct-cost analysis and variances for review.
• Input original direct-cost budget.
• Execute lot starts and finalize proof of all unit costs.
