The role involves bidding on new projects, maintaining scopes of work, tracking blueprints and design changes, and ensuring cost control across multiple projects. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or related experience, with a salary range of $50,000 to $80,000 and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Salary range for this position is $50,000-$80,000 with additional bonus potential based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Pre-qualify subcontractors.
• Setup and monitor option costs and sales prices.
• Maintain and update current budgets.
• Spread revised bids and obtain approval for any price increases.
• Prepare direct costs analysis and variances for review.
• Input original Direct Costs budget.
• Execute lot starts and final proof all unit costs.
