Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in the relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain operations.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard procurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Approve purchase orders and coordinate delivery of goods and services.
• Oversee tracking of shipments, inventory, and supplies.
• Develop cost-effective procurement strategies.
• Maintain updated ETA dates for open purchase orders.
• Review POs for accuracy of product, quantity, price, and terms.
