Job summary

The Sanford Airport Authority is seeking a Procurement Analyst to manage professional procurement and contracting activities for Orlando Sanford International Airport. Under the Director of Procurement, you will oversee ITBs, RFPs, RFQs, and related procurements, ensure compliance with Florida statutes, and maintain meticulous procurement records.

You will work with departments and vendors, prepare board materials, support audits, and assist with reporting and special projects.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Procurement, or related field required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 4+ years of procurement experience.
• Public-sector procurement experience and knowledge of Florida statutes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and administers ITBs, RFPs, RFQs, RFQu’s, cooperative purchases, and other approved procurement methods.
• Coordinates solicitations from development through advertising, evaluation, award recommendation, contract preparation, and execution.
• Prepares and processes contracts, amendments, renewals, purchase requisitions, orders, and related procurement documents.
• Maintains procurement records, files, and reports in accordance with policies and public records requirements.
