Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. in Washington DC is seeking a Partner Development & Alliance Manager to own a portfolio of strategic partners across Defense, IC, and Federal Civilian, driving pipeline and joint wins.

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships and Proposals, you will lead end-to-end planning and GTM with Scale's partners, and collaborate with sales, delivery, and marketing on co-selling motions and campaigns that generate high-quality pipeline.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in public sector partnerships, alliances, or capture with partner-sourced pipeline.
• Deep government contracting knowledge: FAR/DFARS, GWAC/IDIQ/BPA/OTA.
• Experience managing public or private sector partners in public sector/ federal markets.
• Ability to hold or obtain U.S. security clearance; U.S. citizenship as required.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of managed strategic partners from readiness to pipeline generation.
• Build and run joint GTM and account plans with partners; co-sell with sales, delivery and marketing.
• Cultivate executive relationships across partners and ecosystem.
• Source and attach pipeline in CRM; monitor health of partnerships and reporting.
• Lead joint pursuits; influence win themes and strategy with partners.
• Use program infrastructure for deal registrations, partner attribution and compliance.
• Represent Scale Public Sector at major events and executive briefings.
