Responsabilités

• Manage purchase orders within the City’s financial platform, including building materials and services.
• Help develop bids, RFPs, and SOWs for contracts.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with municipal, state, and federal regulations including NSLP standards.
• Coordinate with facilities and nutrition leaders to consolidate orders and optimize costs.
• Monitor time-sensitive orders and communicate with vendors to minimize downtime.
• Verify receipt of goods/services and secure delivery confirmations for timely payments.
