Mesa Public Schools is seeking a Procurement Supervisor to lead the district's procurement functions. You will supervise Procurement Specialists, coordinate high-value RFPs, and ensure compliance with laws, rules, and audit standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible purchasing/procurement experience, including formal competitive solicitations and contract administration.
• Public procurement experience in a school district or public sector is strongly preferred.
• CPPB, CPPO or similar certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise procurement specialists; coordinate workload and provide guidance.
• Lead high level, complex RFPs and contract negotiations.
• Oversee formal solicitations for compliance and defensible evaluation methodology.
• Manage complex contracts and monitor performance, pricing, and renewals.
• Assist Director of Purchasing with policy development and procurement program planning.
